Hash house harriers are a group of people who enjoy hashing/trekking/runnning in the forest and they meet once a week in different locations. 

The ‘hare’ sets the weekly route and the hashes follow the paper trail left by the ‘hare’. The route is unknown to the hashes and changes weekly. The runs consists of 45-90 mins jungle forest trails followed by food and beers at the end of the run.

People of all ages and fitness levels can participate but the fitter you are the more you will enjoy this activity.

The oldest person at today’s run was a man aged 68.

Fee: approx Rm20 including beer and food.

Note. Remember to clock in and out with the organisers so they know that you have safely finished the run.
