We have popped over to support the 29th SEA (South East Games) in Kuala Lumpur. Yes sometimes we do leave our little island of Penang. It isn’t so far from the capital after all. That is the beauty of living here.
Today we went to watch Badminton, Swimming and Athletics at the state of the art Bukit Jalil stadium.
The games will be held from 19th – 30 August. Many events are free.
Apart from the sports there are many activities for the family such as sponsor stalls where you can win prizes.
Traveloka is one of them. They are giving free RM50 for every person who downloads the travel app at their booth at Bukit Jalil and other great prizes. You can then use the vouchers to book your next flight and hotel.
Spot Rimau the friendly Sea games Mascot who is walking around the grounds.
There are lots of food stalls and food trucks and Sea games merchandise to buy.
Go support Team Malaysia and let our love of sports unite us. xoxo
